Ai Yamato was born in Alameda, CA, and moved to Los Angeles when she was five. She attended Mira Costa High School in Manhattan Beach which was known to have one of the strongest performing arts programs in the state. Her love for acting and theater began there and was heavily involved in fostering her craft as an actor, singer, and dancer. 

She later attended Cal State Fullerton and studied Kinesiology, another passion of hers while training on the side. She is now actively training full-time with Actors Ave, while working as a social media strategist and content creator! 

Hobbies include Kendo, fitness, fashion, DIY, cooking, and of course eating!!
